The LM Guest House is an award winning interior design project by Desai | Chia. The property is in upstate New York, on a large estate with rolling farmland. The design strategy was to celebrate the beautiful landscape of the property, while integrating sustainable design. The property uses motorized shades, solar energy panels, rainwater capture, and geothermal HVAC. The interiors feature white oak and large glass facade windows.
